Mindfulness for Stress Management
Mindfulness for Stress Management

A series of interactive workshops providing participants with a basic understanding of mindfulness
and associated practices. 

Frequency: Workshops are offered 3 times a year and run for four weeks at a time with each weekly session being 1.5 hours. Participants are encouraged to plan to attend the complete series.
