Living Well with IBS: Strategies for a Healthier Gut. This 4-week virtual program is
designed to empower adults with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) to better
manage their symptoms. Evidenced-based approaches to diet changes, physical
activity, stress reduction, mindfulness, supplements, and medications will
be addressed by an interdisciplinary team of health professionals: dietitian, kinesiologist,
health promotion specialist and pharmacist.
Each session is 90 minutes, including time for questions. It is important to be able to attend the full 4 weeks as the content builds week to week.
